Job Description As a Concierge you will act as the hotel's main point of contact for our guests.
You will curate dining, tours and entertainment experiences.
Provide anticipatory, bespoke, intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guest´s requests.
Qualifications Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office.
Online Review Management platforms.
Previous experience as concierge and/or guest experience in mid-size luxury hotels.
