KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial and Performance Management
-
Accountable for all cost under assigned for Procurement and TCOs.

Optimize variable cost for corresponding cost scope through cost savings initiatives, cost mitigation drives or value adding sourcing projects.

Co-drive KPI deployment and target setting in close coordination with head of Procurement.

Responsible for driving performance management for the relevant procurement projects in scope optimizing cost.
-
Timely identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented framework.
-
Drive use of financial models in decision making process for TCOs and other related areas.

Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials Game Plan (Budget, Monthly and full year process).
Partnering

Identifying new creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo.

Drive smooth financial interaction between Procurement, commercial areas, regional ocean management and relevant HQ functions.

Actively participate in the relevant FBP global communities to learn & share best-practices as needed.

Lobbies behind the scenes to build support for ideas and solicits the involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in.

Analyse the wider business and political implications when making decisions, including the effectiveness of the outcome.

Requirements :

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (FP&A & Finance Business Partnering).

Advanced English proficiency.

Advanced Office skills, Power Bi is a plus.
