Verifiers and Self- Verifiers
Position Overview:
As a Verifier or Self-Verifier for ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare in our call center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of health insurance applications and eligibility determinations. You will handle a variety of verification tasks to support both internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
As a Verifier or Self-Verifier for ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare in our call center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of health insurance applications and eligibility determinations. You will handle a variety of verification tasks to support both internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in healthcare administration, insurance, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role, particularly in healthcare or insurance, is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and verify complex information and documentation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve verification issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of ACA and Medicare regulations is preferred.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
