Our prestigious client, a leading entity with a strong national and international presence in the service sector, is actively looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager. Based in Islamabad, this role is vital for crafting and executing social media strategies, overseeing content creation, and leading a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enhance engagement, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives.
· Apply expertise in Meta & Google Display Network (GDN) advertising to drive campaign success.
· Manage page posting, lead generation, awareness campaigns, page growth, and community engagement.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the social media team to achieve strategic goals.
· Oversee content creation and campaign management across all social media channels.
· Monitor performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to strengthen brand presence.
· Stay updated on industry trends, manage brand reputation, and handle potential crises effectively.
Qualifications:
ü Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
ü At least 4 years of social media experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Must have at least 1 year of lead generation experience in the real estate sector.
ü Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
ü Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
ü Expertise in social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
