Overview: We are searching for a dedicated and Experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing new projects, creating tasks for it, delegating tasks to staff, coordinating with contractors for work and coordinating with customer to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Analyse the Sales Order of every new project
• Create all necessary tasks for the completion of the project
• Coordinate with customers regarding timings to ensure seamless workflows
• Coordinate with and communicate work to sub-contractors
• Virtually Command and Monitor Labour's work on job-sites
• Ensure timely payment instalments as work progresses
• Resolve any issue/complaints from clients
• Strong communication skills to effectively present project information to management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Coordination at an international firm/company
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in any Business related field
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Technical Skills Like Reading drawings/Measurements etc (Mandatory)

Salary Range: Starting from Rs. 100,000
Timings: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

• Availability to work nights and weekends (Mandatory)
