Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with a strong background in mobile applications, Flutter, websites, and Word Press. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Click Up,and Trello is essential. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their project management skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordination: Coordinate tasks and resources among team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to senior management as necessary.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
• Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CS, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in project management or a related role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
