Primary Teacher (Female)
As a Primary Teacher at Red Maple Montessori , you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in the primary grades. Your role includes delivering age-appropriate instruction, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month

- Instructional Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and address the diverse needs of students.
- Deliver instruction using a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive, orderly, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement and enforce classroom rules and policies to ensure a respectful and productive atmosphere.
- Address and manage student behavior in a constructive and fair manner.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular testing, observations, and assignments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and development.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress.
- Student Support:
- Identify and address individual student needs, including providing additional support or referrals to specialized services as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and encourage a love for learning.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to support student growth and development.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends and practices.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and submit reports, lesson plans, and other documentation as required.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related events.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; Teaching certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching at the primary level is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- Attributes:
