Job Description:
Bore and Bore is seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor for our engineering department in Balochistan. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use and operation of total station equipment and capable of performing various surveying tasks with precision and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Benchmark and Control Point Establishment: Establishing and maintaining accurate benchmarks and control points for survey work.
• Leveling: Conducting precise leveling activities to determine elevations and ensure accurate data collection.
• Excavation Supervision: Overseeing excavation processes to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Point Relocation: Accurately shifting reference points from one location to another as required.
• Reference Point Establishment: Taking precise reference points and ensuring they are clearly marked for construction activities.
• Line Coordinate Marking: Marking and verifying line coordinates to guide construction and engineering projects.
• Layout Plan Implementation: Translating layout plans onto the ground with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in land surveying or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in the use of total station and other surveying equipment.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
• Ability to interpret and implement engineering and construction plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected Salary Package: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
