*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employee development. *Responsibilities* - Supervising HR staff and overseeing daily operations - Communicating with employees at all levels to address HR-related queries - Utilising data analysis skills to make informed HR decisions - Managing HR systems such as Taleo, People Soft, ATS, and Workday - Implementing and maintaining HRIS to streamline processes *Requirements* - Proficient in Human Resources practices and principles - Strong knowledge of HR systems and software - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in HR-related data analysis.
