Partner with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation and unlock new opportunities that deliver value for patients.
Accurately and promptly communicate key product information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), especially within the oncology sector, providing exceptional customer service.
Monitor and ensure the achievement of targets within the assigned region, ensuring efficient customer coverage.
Promote genetic testing solutions to physicians, particularly oncologists, for cancer patients requiring targeted therapies against mutated genes.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, fostering strong internal and external collaboration.
Manage complex projects effectively and ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, preferably in Biotechnology or Genetics.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in specialty care pharmaceutical sales, with a preference for oncology experience.
Strong customer engagement and management skills.
Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
Ability to manage and drive complex projects to completion.
Salary Range: 100,000 to 150,000 PKR (Gross).
