Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: MODEL TOWN, Lahore
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
2. Design and produce engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms and mediums, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
3. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
4. Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs and feedback, incorporating industry best practices and design trends.
5. Execute design projects from concept to completion, including research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, refinement, and final production.
6. Maintain and organize design files, assets, and project documentation to ensure version control and accessibility for team members and clients.
7. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into design projects as appropriate.
8. Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, photographers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into multimedia campaigns.
9. Present design concepts and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback to refine designs as needed.
10. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations and project objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
2. Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio environment.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Sketch, or similar tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, including digital and print materials, branding, typography, and illustration.
5. Excellent visual design skills, including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
9. Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI design, and responsive design is a plus.
10. Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
