General Manager, Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee all operational, administrative, and business growth aspects of Hashmi Medical and ICSI Centre. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's smooth daily operations, driving business strategies, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and staff management.
Must Have a Minimum of 2 years Experience In the Medical Field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Must Have a Minimum of 2 years Experience In the Medical Field.
- Oversee the overall operations of the hospital, ensuring efficiency in medical services and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote business growth, improve patient services, and expand hospital offerings.
- Lead and manage all departments including medical, nursing, administration, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise staff performance, training, and recruitment while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Monitor hospital budgets, financial performance, and allocate resources effectively to drive profitability.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize hospital management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements and maintain high-quality healthcare standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
