Experienced Early Years Teacher (Female Only)
Qualifications:
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as an early years teacher, preferably in a reputable educational institution.
- Deep understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Creativity, flexibility, and patience, with a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
- Knowledge of play-based learning approaches and the ability to create a rich, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on current trends and research in early childhood education.
- A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive in their early years of education.
