Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to work remotely in a night shift role. The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in construction estimating, with proficiency in Plan Swift or similar software. Strong communication and written English skills are essential to ensure clear, precise, and effective collaboration across remote teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed material and cost estimates.
· Use Plan Swift or similar software to generate estimates and analyze data.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to refine project costs.
· Update estimates as required based on changes in project scope or design.
· Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.
· Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms with remote team members and clients.
Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Plan Swift or similar estimating software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift schedules (9 PM – 5 AM).
• Strong communication and written English skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
