Job Description: As a Digital Marketing, Social Media Expert, and Content Builder, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging and impactful content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Digital Marketing Strategy:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor the organization's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for different social media platforms.
Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and foster community engagement.
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, relevant, and captivating content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create multimedia content that aligns with brand identity.
Audience Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the organization's online presence and increase follower engagement across social media platforms.
Analyze engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and clicks, to refine content strategies and maximize impact.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
Prepare regular reports detailing the effectiveness of strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation in content creation and distribution to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
