Customer Support Representative
Job description
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing prompt and efficient assistance to ensure a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
-Punctuality bonus plus performance based bonus
-Health Insurance
Shift Time: 5pm to 2am or 7pm to 4am
Office Location: Canal View Society Near Thokar Lahore
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our product.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including, email, and chat.
- Stay informed about our product to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes and improvements.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Have a good command of the English language with excellent written skills.
- Freshers with Good communication skills can also apply.
