Saufik is looking for a " Customer Service Representative " for one of its client companies.
Timings: 3PM to 12PM
Experience: 6 months/1Year
Location: Islamabad
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations. Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
10. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements:
1. Good written & oral communication skills
2. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
3. Comfortable using computers.
4. Prior experience working with customer support.
5. Punctual / Time management
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
