Customer Service Representative( International)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative at BTCM Consulting in Karāchi. The International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including experience in customer support, satisfaction, and service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with international customers
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure customer service environment
- Fluency in English and any other languages is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- proficiency in MS excel is must to have
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
