Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with logistics or transportation industry preferred
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment
- Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness
- Process and verify invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
- Meet monthly targets for debt collection and credit management
- Collaborate with sales and key accounts teams to resolve issues
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
