We are looking for a Content Editor and Creative Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee content creation, guide the creative direction, and ensure the final output meets the highest standards. You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth workflows and consistent communication, particularly with our team member, Jerry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage content creation and editing processes.
Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
Actively participate in the Notion board to track progress and approve content pieces.
Finalize content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
Communicate frequently with the content team, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Approve and review content pieces before publication to ensure they meet brand and editorial guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content editing, creative direction, or related fields.
Strong understanding of content management tools such as Notion.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide constructive feedback.
A proactive mindset and the ability to guide others effectively.
