Your Role:
As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Ibex Dynamics, assisting our customers through chat and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
• Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics like response and resolution times.
• Stay updated with product changes and company policies.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by providing feedback and suggestions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues.
• Enhance the customer experience with personalized support.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure confidentiality of customer information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment. Familiarity with chat support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
