Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
