Your role will involve prospecting through various channels including Linked In, email, and phone calls. You’ll need to be resourceful, resilient, and ready to overcome objections while maintaining confidence in all communications. Your detective-like approach to uncovering opportunities will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
Conduct Linked In outreach to engage with decision-makers.
Execute email sequences to nurture prospects and drive interest in the platform.
Make confident and persuasive cold calls to prospective clients, leveraging the results of your Linked In and email outreach.
Lead Qualification:
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the prospect’s hiring needs and pain points.
Qualify leads based on their interest, fit, and readiness to explore our platform.
Set up discovery calls & demos.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects to keep the conversation moving forward.
Collaborate with the sales lead to refine processes and receive feedback.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and recruitment challenges.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on prospect reactions and common objections.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the Saa S or HR tech space.
Skills & Attributes:
