Overview:
We seek a dynamic individual to fill a hybrid role encompassing business development, human resources, and social media management. This unique position will have 70% focus on business development, 20% on human resources, and 10% on social media.
Pay Range:
Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 per month
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager capable of acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with potential US customers, using consultative selling skills to address their needs with our services. Responsibilities include generating leads via Linked In and email outreach.
In HR, the candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, maintain pay plans, and oversee benefits programs.
For social media management, the candidate will handle company social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content to boost our online presence.
Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through platforms like Linked In, Upwork, and Top Tal.
• Identify job opportunities and develop tailored proposals for clients.
• Analyze client requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
• Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining client communication.
• Use Linked In, cold email outreach, and other tools to generate leads and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage recruitment and team development, ensuring project alignment.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and consistency according to standard procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
• Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to improve engagement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for HR and business development activities.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities to foster team morale and cohesion.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Certifications: Not mandatory, but relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Not mandatory but 2 years of experience as a BDR in the tech industry would be great.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
