Business Development Representative
Veclar Technologies, a well-established US-based B2B organization, is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative. We provide various services to realtors in the USA and Canada. Established in 2018, we specialize in the IT service industry, focusing on B2B relationships. Our services include customer acquisition, digital marketing, content marketing, IT solutions, and virtual assistance. Success in this role hinges on delivering effective solutions to drive revenue growth. The perfect match for this position should be a good listener with a persuasive sales approach and excellent communication skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling/texting/emailing.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospects.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results.
- Prospect hunting.
- Take feedback from customers and share it with the support team
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Minimum 6 months-2 years of sales/call center experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal (US accent) communication skills.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- The basic Salary Package is 80,000-100,000 PKR per month.
- Daily Cash Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus.
