Job Description:

This is the reason we are seeking a Business Development Manager with passion, commitment and the ability to produce performances. This position will play a critical role in marketing and seeking new clients to offer services including website design and development, optimization services, graphic design and others.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and drive growth in the digital services sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Promote our services, including website development, SEO, and graphic design, to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events and industry meetups to grow the company’s visibility and network.
  • Utilize the provided resources (bike and office laptop) to meet with clients and pursue business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Objectives of the Role:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating new leads and expanding the client base.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings and drive continuous growth.
  • Enhance brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the digital services space.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital services, including website development, SEO, and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
