Job Title: Business Development Executive (Freelance Platforms Specialist)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a specialization in Freelance platforms (e.g. Upwork) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in custom software development, including web and mobile apps, and a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, speech recognition, and large language models (LLMs). You will be responsible for driving projects from lead generation to delivery, meeting monthly targets, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and win projects on Freelance platforms (e.g. Upwork) in the areas of web apps, mobile apps, AI/ML, and custom software development.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery, from initial client interaction to project completion.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop strong client relationships and foster repeat business.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging technologies, especially in AI and software development, to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with Freelance platform and bidding best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a track record of winning projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of web development, mobile development, and AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
