All Star Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in applying to jobs and responding to job proposals, creating contracts, and managing accounts on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Linked In, and freelancer.com. The role involves driving business growth, generating sales, and expanding our client base for our IT services.
This job is only for candidates who are residents of Rawalpindi/Islamabad or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Fiverr, Bark, etc.) for Web design, SEO, Social Media, Website Development, Graphic Design Projects, etc.
Writing customized proposals based on project requirements and nature.
Researching organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
Participating in online bidding on various freelancing platforms.
Collaborating with global clients to understand and fulfill project needs.
Estimating project prices, creating quotes, and proposing solutions.
Gathering client requirements, communicating effectively with the team, and ensuring project delivery.
Maintaining records of customer information and sales activities.
Setting and achieving monthly targets for business development.
Collaborating closely with management or team leaders to fulfill assigned duties.
Initiating, managing, and following up on negotiations and deal closure activities with potential alliances.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in B2B sales(international) in IT such as Web Development, Web Design, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Pay Per Click sector (having experience with online platforms is mandatory)
Ability to negotiate effectively and present proposals professionally.
Familiarity with web development, latest trends, and technology.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Results-oriented with a proactive and creative work ethic.
