Business Development Assistant

As a Business Development Assistant at Boosterex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to expand our client base and develop new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and other team members to implement strategies, conduct market research, and assist in the management of client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

As a Business Development Assistant at Boosterex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to expand our client base and develop new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and other team members to implement strategies, conduct market research, and assist in the management of client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating new leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences. Maintain and update the lead database.
- Proposal and Presentation Support: Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and business development activities. Ensure that all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the Business Development Manager in maintaining and nurturing client relationships. Assist with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and addressing client inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to business development activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing correspondence.
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to business development activities. Track progress and provide regular updates to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

- Education: Intermediate student or a degree holder in business administration
- Experience: employee should have some knowledge about shopify website and meta ads,no experience is required however 1-2 years of experience in a business development or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry is preffered.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify website and meta ads is a plus.
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
