We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in lead generation and appointment setting to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential clients, engaging them through outreach, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will work with a focus on generating quality leads and ensuring the sales pipeline is consistently filled with qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through Linked In, online directories, and other platforms.
Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, Linked In messages, and other communication tools.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between potential leads and the sales team.
CRM Management: Update and manage lead data in our CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails to maintain communication with prospects who have shown interest.
Reporting: Provide daily reports on lead generation activities, appointments set, and outreach performance.
