JJob description Full Time, Onsite Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore. Job Timings: 12pm – 10pm PKT (Monday to Friday) Follow UK/Ireland Calendar The Administrative Executive (Timesheets Executive) will be responsible for assisting the team in managing timesheets for employees. The Executive will work closely with supervisors, and other members of the administrative team to ensure that timesheets are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills allowing to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Enter timesheet data into the company's payroll system or other designated software.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of timesheets, ensuring that they are correctly filled out and signed.
Will ensure strong relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining a strong customer service culture and positive attitude within the team.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
Other duties as assigned
Required training will be provided
Skills required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, commerce, computer science, business or any other related fields
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems is preferred.
