We have an exceptional opportunity for a Scientist II, Formulation in our manufacturing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Lillestrøm, Norway. Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing processes of Mono sized Polymer Beads in different scales
• Conduct reactions in autoclaves, purify intermediate products, finish and sample finished products
• Document and perform manufacturing in accordance with ISO13485:2016 quality standards
• Maintain and calibrate equipment units regularly.
• Follow the company's strategy for 5S and practical process improvements
• Work independently and collaboratively within the manufacturing team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing and formulation processes
• Strong quality skills with a focus on accuracy and reproducibility
• Knowledge of ISO13485:2016 standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven experience working with Automated Control Systems from ABB is required
