We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales & Market Analyst for the Norwegian market! As a Sales & Market Analyst you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data. You will provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to steer and guide sales activities
To be a successful Sales & Market Analyst you should be able to analyze large amounts of data, produce quality reports under time pressure and build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the process. Closing date: 4/10-2024.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Correlate data into actionable insights for teams
- Analyze competitor and customer activity, as well as market trends
- Support short- and long-term sales planning on local and Nordic level
- Support Sales Lead and the local sales & marketing team with actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with analytics and secure optimization
- Drive data-driven decisions in our organization
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor (or master) degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of analyst experience
- Experience from working with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
- Commercially driven – understand how data can be transformed to create tangible business value
- Be able to transform complex data into understandable recommendations
- Committed and positive attitude
- Good communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English
- Experience from the travel industry is a plus
