We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.
Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS
Lifting coordinator is overall responsible for overall lifting operations and has to ensure that all lifting operations are planned satisfactorily and carried out in a safe manner and, if necessary, ensure that risk assessment and safe job analysis (SJA) is done. Further ensure that lifting operations are carried out with sufficient and qualified personnel and that there is sufficient information exchange between shifts and ensure compliance with KTF standard.
As lifting coordinator your main tasks would be to:

Implement HSE lifting procedures outlined for the E18 project and complete all necessary documentation

Plan and manage all lifts on site as per risk assessments and method statements (including lifting plan review, and approval before the lift start)

Handle all lifting operations, personnel and equipment on site in accordance with the approved lifting plan

Supervise complex rigging and lifting activities.

Ensure all lifting equipment is checked and maintained (supervision of the periodical check performed by a certified third party and manage the internal visual inspections are carried out)

Report all incidents and complete all related documentation
