What can you expect as a Graduate in VARD?
We are hiring Graduates in our different departments:
- Vard Design & Engineering is hiring engineering Graduates in the following disciplines: Machinery department, Structural Department, Electrical Department, Naval Architect & Accommodation, HVAC and Detail Design Coordination.
- Vard Electro is looking for talented Graduates to join our engineering teams within Software Development and Cyber Security and Sea Q portifolio; Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communcation & Safety.
- Seaonics is seeking Graduates within our mechanical engineering department.
The successful candidate should have
We are looking for high performing students that will graduate in 2025 in relevant areas. Examples: Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydro Dynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, ICT and Cyber Security.

- Maritime industry interest
- Flexible, systematic, structured

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
