Responsibilities
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Contribute to financial data entry, reconciliation, and record keeping.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support the management of office supplies and inventory.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Aid in maintaining and updating company databases and records.
Assist with preparing presentations and documents for internal and external use.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (if applicable).
Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Analytical and data-driven.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Previous coursework or projects related to finance or administration are a plus.
