Brand Experience Manager:
The purpose of this role is to build and elevate the Noemi brand into a powerful, internationally recognized identity. You will shape the brand from the ground up, ensuring it resonates deeply with investors, customers, employees, and policymakers. By harnessing internal talent and strategically collaborating with external experts, you’ll craft a brand that stands out and leaves a lasting impact.

Brand Experience Manager:

By harnessing internal talent and strategically collaborating with external experts, you’ll craft a brand that stands out and leaves a lasting impact.
Main responsibilities:

Conduct thorough brand assessments to understand market positioning and opportunities.

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our vision and goals.

Lead the rollout and implementation of brand initiatives across all channels, ensuring consistency and impact.

Create compelling narratives through writing, video, imagery, and storytelling.

Elevate the Noemi brand at industry events and fairs, making sure we stand out.

Work closely with the CCO, HR, fundraising, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency.
Develop and manage communication strategies to enhance our media presence and public relations efforts.

Proven hands-on experience in brand analysis, strategy, and storytelling.

Skilled in content production in design, visual content, and crafting persuasive textual content.

You’re not just an overseer—you’re in the trenches, with practical experience in brand building and launching.

You’ve either consulted on or directly managed brand initiatives, and you bring that knowledge to every project.

You’re articulate, positive, fluent in English, and with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
