Shift Supervisor
NATURE 1 LIMITED is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Shift Supervisor. Join our dynamic and friendly team and contribute to delivering quality customer service. You will be responsible for the following duties:
· Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
· Paid between $25 to $30 per hour
Other requirements:
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
- Assist the Owner with various operational tasks, including stock ordering, stock takes, banking, cash handling, merchandising, and more.
- Operating cooking equipment such as microwaves and deep-fat fryers.
- Label products accurately and ensure the correct pricing is displayed.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security measures are in place.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be bold and innovative in tackling all aspects of the role.
- Work independently on solo shifts, maintaining motivation and productivity.
- Handle cash transactions and issue invoices for purchases.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate them to management as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service both on the floor and at the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
· Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
· Paid between $25 to $30 per hour
Other requirements:
- Minimum of 12 Months of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Flexibility to start early or finish late, depending on the shift schedule.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good with managing time.
- Physically fit and able to lift boxes up to 25 KG
- Hardworking and passionate individual
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information efficiently
- No previous conviction
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
