- Utilise your expertise in joinery and cabinet making to produce high quality custom designs.
- Interpret plans and technical drawings accurately and understand project and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow employees to align with design intent and client expectations.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in the fabrication and assembly of joinery and cabinetry components.
- Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and tools competently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Deliver and install joinery and cabinetry .
- Maintain safe , clean and effective working environment.
- Proven experience as a joiner or cabinet maker in a similar role within the woodworking industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in machinery operations and hand tools.
- Exceptional problem solving and commitment to delivering high quality craftsmanship.
- Attention to safety protocols and procedures.
- Full NZ drivers licence
