Internal Sales

You will be providing sales support, creation and pricing of customer quotations. You will also be supporting other sales activities and quote follow-up and amending as required. Excellent communication skills are paramount to ensure strong customer relationships. Industry knowledge as a QS, or a background in concrete/plumbing etc an advantage, training will be provided.
This role will be based in our Hamilton Branch.
Key responsibilities include:

Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
Completing accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
Providing internal sales support for the Account Managers
Supporting the sales team to provide customer quotes
Providing support for technical material as required
Liaising with customers and suppliers

What you will bring:

Proven experience in an internal sales / customer services role - pricing experience is advantageous
High computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated high levels of professionalism and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and planning skills with ability to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience building collaborative relationships
Show initiative in handling and prioritising tasks and solving problems
Excellent customer service skills, capable of professional interactions with internal and external customers and suppliers
Work within and contribute to a team environment
A keen interest in our industry and our products
Strong commitment to health and safety
