HR & Payroll Administrator (23/09DR)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Award winning NZ food production & distribution business with over 350 staff nationwide. Major supplier to St Pierres, Wendys, Burger Fuel & more. Mount Wellington location.
THE ROLE
Working as part of the Human Resources team, your tasks will include;
Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to a have a good understanding & experience in either payroll or HR , & demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy. A background in the distribution or logistics sector is preferable.
Please note this position is initially on a temporary contract for 3 months with the definite potential for a permanent position.
Benefits include 20% off wholesale price on 11,000 food & beverage items.

- Assisting with loading & checking payroll for all staff using Data Pay
- Maintaining payroll records
- Providing advice & assistance to managers & staff across recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training & development, & employment relations
- Providing contracts & forms for new staff members
- Maintain up to date information in HR policies & procedures
Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to a have a good understanding & experience in either payroll or HR , & demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy. A background in the distribution or logistics sector is preferable.
