Your Responsibilities:
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out property maintenance work
- For more complicated maintenance tasks or jobs that require professional qualification, coordinate trade people - obtaining quote, coordinating date and access, cleaning up after trade people’s visit if needed.
- Property inspection to ensure all rooms, fittings, furniture and appliances are functioning as intended.
- Keep track of cleanliness of property and communicate cleanliness issues to housekeeping team.
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
