About the Role:
As a representative of NHR Group at our Hamilton branch, you’ll play a crucial part in our close-knit team, working together to deliver top-notch service to the local community. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end, while working closely with your team to grow the Branch.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage with clients: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized rental solutions.
- Build lasting relationships: You'll be a trusted point of contact for our clients, helping them feel part of the NHR family.
- Take ownership: Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and coordinate vehicle movements to keep things running smoothly.
- Problem-solving: Think on your feet to resolve customer queries and ensure their needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience: Your ability to connect with people is key, even if you haven’t worked in rentals before.
- A Full Class 1 NZ Driver’s License.
- A proactive attitude: You take initiative and ownership in your role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage your time and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
