The Role As a Customer Service - Parts Interpreter with TWL, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who are seeking advice on genuine aftermarket parts. Based in Dunedin, your focus will be to ensure you understand their needs and deliver the right parts in a timely manner, while keeping them updated on any changes. You will nurture existing customer relationships and seek opportunities for growth through value-added sales. About You
Have a mechanical aptitude - you could be a mechanic wanting off the tools or an automotive enthusiast with parts knowledge
Be Health & Safety focused
Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
Have an inquisitive mind, paired with exceptional communication skills
Be technology savvy to handle invoicing and parts sourcing
