Cook/Chef
Here at Beach Tree we are recruiting for a Cook who will be responsible for:
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation
- Preparation
- Cooking
- Menu/Recipe development
- Ordering
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain optional pricing
- Management of Stock and cost of goods
- Training
- Responsible for the management and implementation of the food control plan
- Qualified Cook with 3 + industry experience.
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- An ability to work quickly, multitasking to make everything about our customers
- Flexibility in rosters
- Be friendly, enthusiastic and obsessed with delivering first class Food
- You will work well in a team and are happy to go above and beyond
- The understanding and enforcement of strict health and hygiene standards
- Ability to work solo to a high standard
- The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
- Chef: 3 years (Required)
