- control food quality and stock control,
- design and produce new dishes,
- manage the kitchen and supervise staff,
- assist in menu planning,
- ensure all food safety and health and safety standards are met,
- manage general kitchen stock and budget,
- cost dishes out and other duties as required.

- Number of positions for this job: up to 2
- Pay rate: from $29.66 to $35 per hour
- Days required: 5 days/week
- Hours per week: min 30, max 50 hours per week
