Develop, maintain and broker highly effective relationships of trust and respect with and between communities, hapū and iwi, community grant funding agencies, local and central government
Navigate te ao Māori environments while recognising and respecting the unique identity and culture of te iwi Māori in Aotearoa
Provide high quality, specialist, and timely advice to decision makers, Ministers, Members of Parliament, and other stakeholders through appropriate channels
Our Hāpai Hapori community advisory services are highly relational, meaning, we're dedicated to serving the needs of communities, hapū and iwi through the relationships we hold and can develop. As a Kaitohutohu Hapori, Community Advisor you will walk alongside community, hapū and iwi groups providing a range of high-quality advice to assist them to access and manage community grant funding and other resources.
