We're looking for casual cleaning staff to join our awesome teams on site in supporting with the general day to day cleaning of our villages and care homes. Ensuring they are sparkling' and 'gleaming' with cleanliness is a very important part of the appeal of our Villages for residents, guests and staff. This is a great role offering variety in location and work. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is hands on, loves keeping things tidy, enjoys physical work, and gets satisfaction from improving our living spaces for our residents.
As these are casual employment opportunities, these roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without the permanent hours or want to have a go at a different role earning while you learn! This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

- Be in control of your roster- shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability
- We have a dedicated internal casual team (Met Flex) that will look after your training and development, working schedule, work support etc.
- Learn while you earn
- Ongoing casual shifts for all Villages in your local area - our villages are all different and bespoke
- Permanent roles available if you want to move from the casual position
- We will develop and train you in the career path within Aged Care
- Work in a rewarding environment - supporting our residents and within great, dedicated teams

Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Cleaning common areas
- Cleaning individual units to a high standard
- Dealing with residents and other staff
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- You'll be someone who takes pride in completing tasks to a high standard. We'll help you towards a career in the right direction.
- Experience in cleaning and/or Laundry is beneficial
- Have a positive outlook and be open to learning
- Empathy, patience and willingness to deliver an outstanding service for our residents
- You'll work unsupervised and be a strong team player
