About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Mt Eden office with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. You will be reporting to one of our Team Leaders and the core activities include coordinating patient care, liaising with providers and patients as well as undertaking variety of audits and data entry on our IT platform. Training on all aspects of the role will be provided.
About you:
- You have outstanding admin and customer service skills and experience
- You have intermediate to advanced MS Office and MS Excel skills
- You are a team player with a pro-active, flexible and adaptable approach to your work
- You might have experience in healthcare setting (advantage but not necessary)
- You enjoy problem-solving and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You enjoy learning new systems and processes
