Cafe Manager
Main duties include:
Requirements from you:
- Manage the daily operation of the café;
- Plan and organize special functions or events;
- Collaborate with Chefs to plan new and update existing menus;
- Ensure customer services are provided according to business standards;
- Deal with customer inquiries and complaints;
- Manage stock level, and maintain stock take records
- Ordering according to budget;
- In charge of Eftpos machine system, and maintain all financial records;
- managing staff roster and control labour costs;
- Recruit, instruct and oversee staff
- Implement the health and safety regulations;
Requirements from you:
- Related diploma or above qualification;
- 3 years related work experience if qualification is not available
- Morning start is a must;
- Management skills;
- Great communication and customer service skills;
- A good team player;
- Hands on and able to operate successfully in a high pressure environment
- $29.66 - $32 per hour as per experience
- Minimum 30 hours per week
